Four days into Advent, our tree is up.
Merry Christmas, everyone.
Here’s something to ponder:
There are still people out there who haven’t heard of All your Base.

Yes, it’s true. I find it hard to believe myself, but it is true.
“Brook” and “wage” are two great verbs that often get overshadowed by their noun-ish counterparts. Don’t forget that they also make great verbs!
Thanks for listening, people. It means the world to me. Jon is getting married tomorrow.
Those of you who know André Arko should take a look at the blog for updates on his condition. (André was in a near-fatal car accident a little over a week ago.)
He needs people to watch over him at the hospital around the clock, so if you have some time to spare, he could use the help and prayers.
Update: I’m going tonight from 4am to 8am—if anyone could join me at that time André and I would much appreciate it.
Try to use the word “slake” in a conversation today. I dare you. (Great word, huh?)
This method of waking up looks promising. I may have to give it a shot. It’s slightly less crazy than polyphasic sleep, which is definitely a plus.
